Scheduling Plugin Recommendation

Good day!

I’m designing a website or an auto mechanic. On it, he wants to have a page where people can schedule services and book him. He also wants to charge $25 for booking and then they pay in-person or via invoice once the work is done. He’s the only employee there as he is a small startup.

Which plugin is best to accommodate this? I just tried Amelia and didn’t like it. He has a smaller budget so he doesn’t want to spend more than $60 on a plugin.

This is exhausting me. Help.
