Scheduling Post do not Post in order of Update

The scheduler do not post in order. We use a plugin to automatic generate post. In order for the software to schedule the post we must update each post then the scheduler will pick them up. One problem they are posted in order as we update them.

Each post has dates as columns so after updating based on column date (eg. 7am files,8am files, etc), them in wordpress this will generate a time for post I am updating within 3 min of each other so there is a time span between the files.

When I publish I have specific times the posting should display for instance 7 am batches (25 posts as set), 8 am batches, 9 am batches and so on. Instead I get 1pm batch first instead of 8am. I update in a certain order should I update from the bottom going up or bottom going down so I can see the batches in the order I wont them to appear seems kinds random currently I saw 1pm then I saw 2pm then I cancelled cause that is not what I wanted I wanted to see 8 am no jump to 1pm.
They are posting to facebook out of order of updating by me. If we could get this working it would save a great deal of time in front of the computer updating manually every hour for that specific hour. Please help!!!
