Schema data being dropped, what options are there?

On my wife’s site I’m using the AMP plugin and a Rich Snippets plugin. When I activate AMP, the review part that contains key review data about a product service disappears.
This page for example is the normal version: https://bonnie-garner.com/en/2016/02/10/tata-harper-purifying-cleanser-my-review/
And the AMP version looks like this:
https://bonnie-garner.com/en/2016/02/10/tata-harper-purifying-cleanser-my-review/amp/
The whole review part that is at the beginning of the post gets dropped?Is there a review plugin that works on AMP?
