Thanks for the screenshot, ?@ceeqoo as I used it to set up the plugin on my test site. I could replicate the issue where the description in the structured data is pulling all the contents in the post.

The Event Post plugin is responsible for the Event schema you see in our structured data output. Checking the plugin, I don’t see a dedicated field for the event description. This makes the contents of the post be pulled into the Event schema as a description. If you temporarily deactivate the plugin and check again, the description in our structured data output is what you entered as the meta description.

I recommend reaching out to the Event Post plugin developer about fixing the description being pulled into the Event schema.
