    please reply I am waiting for your reply.

    @bijendrameel

    Can you please confirm you’ve configured your settings in SEO → Search Appearance → Knowledge Graph & Schema.org (section) as explained below?

    You need to select either “Organization” or “Person” from the dropdown. Also, if you want to stick with “Person”, then try selecting “Organization” first, then removing the organization logo and all other details that you have previously entered, then click save. After the “Organization” profile is clear and saved, change to “Person” profile and add all the details there. Then please request indexing again on Google.

    Does this fix the issue?

    Earlier the person was selected, now I want to select the organization because when the website was started, there was only one user, now many authors also work. So, when I go from person to organization, then error comes.

    So how to correct this?

    If you have to select the organization, make sure you’ve uploaded the logo as well. Please clear all your caching from your theme, plugin, server, CDN like CloudFlare or browser. If you are not sure how to clear caching from theme/plugin please speak to those authors.

    Hi,

    We have an internal report on this where an issue sometimes occurs when you select the site to be represented by a person and then select organization, and it stores both sets of schema data and causes this error with the author archive.

    The only workaround currently would be to export the Yoast SEO settings, remove one of the 2 sets of schema outputting for the person / organization information, and then import the settings back into your site.

    We don’t have an ETA on this issue, but please do check for future plugin updates on any bug fixes and enhancements.
