We have resolved this issue in latest plugin update version 1.9.63. Please update the plugin and check it once and let us know back.

Just a quick question, we currently use the All In One SEO plugin, which provides some basic schema markup for things like article posts etc.

What’s the best way to configure your plugin, so that it only outputs schema for our wp-ecommerce products only?

You can do it by adding a placement condition in your schema settings.
