schema image does not show in SERPs

It seems every other recipe site out there has an image showing in the search results, but nothing on our site does and we’re using Yumprint plugin. I see the schema it generates. It just doesn’t work.

Ours is the 4th for the Vanilla Company. No picture. Doesn’t look as tasteful. ??
So what’s the problem and how can this be fixed?
