Schema Markup not Working with Plugin Integration

    Hi, Thank you for the wonderful plugin.

    Need your help for connecting Site-reviews plugin with “Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP” for Schema.

    We are using Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP for Schema.

    Step 1: Installed / activated Site-reviews

    Step 2: Enabled integration with Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP

    Step 3: Added schema=”true” in shortcode. (for [site_reviews schema=”true”] )

    Step 4: Cache cleared and done testing with Google Rich results test and schema validator.

    We are not able to see the markup for reviews from Site-reviews plugin.

    Could you please look into this link and suggest us.

    There are no reviews on the page URL you shared. The rating schema will only be generated if the page has rating data.

    Sorry about that. Thank you very much for your quick response.

    We have added reviews now. You can see on the page,

    4.0 out of 5 stars (based on 3 reviews)

    Can you please check why Schema is not applied for the reviews.

    As explained earlier, we have done,

    Step 1: Enabled integration with Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP

    Step 2: Added schema=”true” in shortcode. (for [site_reviews schema=”true”] )

    Step 3: Cache cleared.

    Still not able to see the Scheme applied for reviews.

    We also tried [site_reviews_summary schema=”true”]

    We also tried putting schema=”true” in both [site_reviews_summary] and [site_reviews ] shortcodes. Still not able to see the schema for reviews.

    Are you modifying the “Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP” schema output in any way with a code snippet?

    Hi, Thanks for your response.

    Yes. We have enabled following option Modify local_business Schema Output in plugin “Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP”, this option available in editor for each page. We have not used any code snippet to enable this.

    We want to enable Modify local_business Schema Output for each page because we want to add respective Business Name, Address, Price Range, Image, etc.

    Please guide us how to enable the schema for reviews

    We also tried to disable the Modify Local Business Schema Output (Though it’s not what we want), cleared cache but still we are not getting the Schema for reviews.

    Enable the schema integration
    Add the Local Business schema type in the SASWP plugin
    Edit your page and enable the schema on the Latest Reviews block
    Modify the schema on the page as needed
    The schema on the page should now have the rating info
    If the rating schema is not there, try moving the schema markup to the footer and see if that fixes it.
