Schema.org Plugin Compatability

Hi,

We are not familiar with that plugin so we cannot say. We would recommend outputting one set of schema data or else you may risk confusing search engines.

We would say to review the schema that our plugin outputs using this guide https://developer.yoast.com/schema-documentation/ and then cross-reference it with the schema plugin.

If needed, you can disable all of Yoast’s schema or even individual pieces using the filters and code snippets here https://developer.yoast.com/schema-documentation/api/.

Wouldn’t it be so much easier to refer Yoast SEO users to a schema section within the plugin where they could activate/deactivate each type the plugin outputs as needed? I hope you guys come to your senses someday on this.

This was created a feature request but was decided that a user option was not something we would provide: https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/12752.

Doesn’t make sense to me, but hey, not my monkey not my circus. We’re removing your plugin from our recommended list. Hope you change your mind one of these days.
