Schema output filter

Hi,

I have a small plugin that helps users to convert all WordPress shortcodes in meta titles and descriptions, Open Graph, etc. into their value:

Unfortunately I cannot find the filter which may help me get the Schema output data as array and apply the shortcodes for all fields e.g. name, description, etc. of the graph objects.

Can you please help?
