Schema page types help is broken

Have you tried the link I gave you which you repeated? It still gives an error.

We are sorry to hear that. We can confirm the relevant link we gave you works fine on our end when we test it on our test site.

That said, if you’re still experiencing the issue, you can manually go to the relevant page directly from the SEO → Search Appearance → Content Types (tab).

When I click to the link on your post I get 404. See below.

Thanks for sharing the relevant screenshot with us. That’s very odd as we are unable to reproduce the issue on our end. That said, you can find the relevant options given in our last response just fine.
