Scoop.it issue and some other

  • As my tickets for PRO version are still ignored even after 16 days without an answer I decided to open a ticket here as it seems author only is active here and for some reason, PRO users don’t get answers on the ticket. I see it is a common issue with many people.
    I also had 2-3 tickets opened in past (opened before June 6, 2017) which till this day are still unanswered but ok. I managed to solve it on my own.

    I have also posted on the SNAP forum, I tried getting any answer via contact form but all without an answer. Hopefully posting here will finally get me some answer.
