Score not Showing

    Hi
    I’ve installed SEO Press (free version) and I’m using the prompts to make my posts more SEO friendly. Two problems.

    1) The “Score” is not showing. There is just a yellow circle with no number inside (for all of my posts).

    2) Improvements that I make to pages don’t seem to register. For example, I added internal links to and from a post and added alt text to some images in a post and none of those changes seemed to be detected buy SEO Press…I’m still being prompted to make those very same changes.

    If you can help, I’d apprecitate it. It’s definitely frustrating to follow the guidance but then not to have the loop closed with the software….I’m not going to know when I’ve optimized my posts if the software won’t recognize the updates I make.

    Hi,

    the SEO score has 2 states:

    – Good (green circle)
    – Should be improved (yellow circle)

    Because a score means nothing.

    Can you share the URL of your page about your second point please?

    OK… so there is no number? that’s what you’re saying, correct?

    The alt text has been added for the images but I still get a red circle showing as if I did not make those changes…

    what’s the post permalink with the alt tag missing please?

    Yes we don’t output percentage or a note because it doesn’t make sense.

    Like the WP Site Health feature, our “score” has 2 states: Good or Should be improved.

    I hope I’m clear ??
