Scoreboard Not Working. Cannot View Events

  • Problem: I cannot view any events. I receive the following error message:
    “Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

    I have increased my memory and I’m running on a dedicated server. Can anyone please provide guidance and or recommendations? Thank you.

    Hi @sirflex10 ,

    First try to reset your permalink cache by going to Settings->Permalinks and clicking the save button.

    If the above does not solve the issue, you should disable all your plugins except SportsPress and check again.
