Scores not saving in admin

I have been using Slickquiz for a few months now and the front end still seems to be working. The quiz seems to be getting more popular on the websites now and I use the Scores to see how many people are using it. Until recently the scores are no longer being ‘stored’ in the admin panel and I have completed a number of quizzes to see if the scores are being recorded in the admin panel – no results are now being stored.

Can you please advise?
