    We have received a message from a customer in Scotland that the “not available in your country message” is appearing for them, despite our restriction being set to only available in the UK. We have asked if they were using a VPN or browsing from another country but they have said they aren’t.

    I checked the product from UK country. but I can’t see any issue with resriction. Maybe ther is a cache issue, are you using any cache plugin in your store?

    Could please share a screenshot of the general setting?

    Good morning!

    Yes, I’ve attached the general settings and product settings just in case. We use WP Optimize. I’ve cleared the website cache to troubleshoot a different problem yesterday, so perhaps that will solve the problem?

    I suspect the issue may be related to caching, so please verify the restrictions without the cache plugin on your store. Additionally, could you kindly share a screenshot of the Catalog Visibility settings from the plugin settings?

    Hey, thank you for your patience with my response.

    We have not been able to replicate the problem, but I have temporarily turned off caching.

    Could you please ensure that the ‘Make non-purchasable’ option is enabled under ‘Hide Catalog Visibility’?

    It’s been working for us the whole time, and we’ve tried but been unable to replicate it. We’re trying to follow up with the customer.
