Quick comments:

1. Get rid of the date in the photo. It’s already almost a year old. People may think that the site is not being updated very often.

2. Reduce the size of the headings in the middle column. The word “Announcements” goes into the white border between columns.

3. Put a line-break between the graphic of the knot and the words “Turks head knot”. Right now the graphic and the word “Turk” is on the same line and the words “Head Knot” are below.

4. Follow “Our Scoutmaster: Lonnie Wold” with a head shot photo of him.

Other than that, even though you have a lot of links, etc. in the third column, it looks apropos to your site.

You don’t have any titles. This is bad for search engines and for when you bookmark a page. You should have some code like this in your header, before </head>.

<title><?php bloginfo('name'); ?> <?php wp_title(); ?></title>

You could also try installing the All in One SEO Pack plug-in.
