Is it completely blank or do you see the table but just not any recipes listed in there?

It could be some kind of compatibility problem.

Try disabling all other plugins for a second and see if it works then.
If not, try switching to a default theme (like Twenty Seventeen) and check again.

I don’t see the recipes the options are there. In the ingredients section, the values appear at times but not always.
