I use your plug-in for several applications. Overall, this is a great plug-in. However, I have one concern that I need your help fixing. On our CONTACT US page, the view can subscribe to our MailChimp newsletters. For a clean, efficient screen, I use the “Advanced Tabs” feature to only display relevant information. (For example, “Newsletter”, “Phone”, Mailing Address”, and “Social Media” tabs separate the different topics.)

I am forced to have the “Newsletters” tab in the front because when your form is completed and submitted, the page is cleared, refreshed, and then the “Success” message is displayed. This page refresh causes all the tabs to refresh and display the first tab on the list. I am forced to make the “Newsletters” tab the first on the list because of this refresh action. If you look at my “Email” tab, that action is perfect. The Viewer can submit a comment, receive an acknowledgment, and the screen does not refresh. This is the action I want to happen on the “Newsletters” tab because I would rather have the “Phone” tab to be the default (first) tab on the list. Is this possible?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @djmichaud,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The free version of our plugin does not have AJAX support, only the premium version does. So unless you use the premium version for the form to submit the page refreshes.

In case you only need this specific feature then premium version would be overkill, but in this case, you can use a 3rd party form plugin such as “Contact Form 7” which has AJAX submission and integrate it with our plugin.
