Screen dims and freezes when filling in contact form

    Hi, I installed Customizr theme this weekend, created child theme and love the design!
    Just one glitch… when attempting to complete a contact form, the screen darkens and freezes. An example is here: https://innerdelight.com/money-miracles-discovery-call

    It also happens when anything has been clicked on a page… and when in mobile, website opens but when I click on the menu icon, again, screen darkens and freezes.

    I have activated ‘regular’ Customizr theme to see if perhaps child theme was the problem, but no.
    Is it the contact plug in? Or something else?
    Would love to have this resolved.

  • Hi Tina, I notice when clicking on the page fancybox is called and the darkened screen is the fancybox overlay. This is normal behavior if you have a popup using fancybox, only nothing is poping up and therefor you cannot close fancybox and are stuck on the fancybox lock screen.
    I suggest you look at the settings to see what is calling fancybox.

    Let me know what you find.
