    I am pretty sure that this is related to the optimization you do on the site, e.g. cache plugin, minify CSS, etc.

    If you have optimation plugins installed on your site, please try to temporarily disable it and see if it changes the site behavior. If it does, then please reconfigure the plugin so it won’t cause such behavior.

    If you are using a service that does similar, like CDN, CloudFlare, etc, please try to do the same.
