Hi @tiphcosmao Thanks for your note. This issue is addressed in the FAQ, and probably has to do with your theme styling (likely) or a conflicting script (less likely). Have you tried deactivating your theme and using a theme like twentytwenty or twentytwentyone temporarily, to see if the pop up window works in a different theme? That’s a good place to start when you are having troubles with a plugin or theme. If you confirm it’s a theme issue, you might take it up with your developer or with the theme developer to solve the issue, which could be z-index related. Usually a couple lines of CSS sorts this out.
