Screen goes dark, but no display of file

Check your browser console for javascript errors. Another plugin may be creating errors and preventing the window from opening properly.

I know what ajax is, but I don’t know how to fix it.

That’s not an issue with File Away, so much as something preventing File Away from making a basic ajax request. Try disabling your other plugins to see if the problem goes away.

I contacted my host provider. The issue was that the admin-ajax.php file was set to 00 permission. A changed to 644, solved everything.
