Screen goes nowhere

After hitting the submit button, the email does get sent but the screen just refreshes. There is no “thank you” or “your form has been submitted” so the user has no idea the form was sent.

@butterball72 without having access to your website it is difficult to understand what is happening.
Can you confirm that you have the proper message under the Form Settings -> Confirmation Options ?
Also make sure there is no conflict with any of your plugins or theme.
