screen grays out on mobile with no popup visible

    Hi – i made a very simple popup – only 2 lines of text. It works great on desktops – BUT when i check it on my phone, the screen grays out like it does on the desktop version but there is no popup to be seen and no way to get out of the grayed screen.

    Thank you for giving WordPress PopUp a try. Sorry for the delay in response. It looks like the screenshot was removed. Were you able to find a solution for this ticket?

    no i never did. i had to disable it.
