Screen Jumps

Love the theme was working great and then when on the pages for a while it starts jumping when trying to click on a menu item. I am half way to getting the site live and don’t want to have to change theme because of jumpiness and having to reload several times to get it to stop.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Also, for some reason the Candidate Resources under the slider just keeps reloading the front page. This is using the services part of the theme.
