Screen Options inaccessible in version 3.1.7

    I just updated the plugin on one of my sites. I cannot open screen options to display calendar settings. I checked another site using the previous version, 3.1.6, and it is fine.

    I’m not sure if the update disabled calendar settings too, or if they are removed?
