Screen Options issue in FF

When editing a page or post, the Screen Options & Help buttons float up under the WP admin bar. This was an issue with the previous version of WP and remained after updating to 3.5.1. I’ve disabled all the plugins and the issue still lingers. All other browsers display these two pages correctly.
