screen options problem

The plugin seems to disable the “screen options” at the Dashboard, where it displays the Server details.
When clicking on “screen options” the URL changes to
https://www.example.com/wp-admin/index.php#screen-options-wrap
but nothing else happens.using WP 4.0, runing avanda theme v 3.6.1
