• Can you tell me why it appears there is a screen overlaid on the slider?

Since this version of RFWB has not been tested with the latest ver of WP (which I am using), there may be an issue with looking like there is a screen overlaid on the slider.

It is not totally objectionable but it does prevent the page form looking very professional.

Will there be an update coming? If so when?

    Thanx for your help …

I’m not sure what ‘overlay’ you speak of. I was referring to the fact that it looks as if you are looking at the slider thru a piece of screen wire, like you would use to keep out mosquitoes.

I’m having the same issue and using the RFWB Slider in the Tesseract theme by Tyler Moore (https://www.conttech.melissadzier.com). The slider images look great on some devices, but images are extremely pixelated (screen overlay) on others (specifically my client’s laptop and cell phone). Here are the devices it’s been tested on:

Looks horribly pixelated (screen overlay) on:
    Sony Vaio Ultrabook 13.3″
    Resolution set to 1920×1080
    Chrome & IE Browsers
    Windows 10

Looks good on these devices (no screen overlay):
    Acer Aspire 13.3″ laptop
    Resolution set to 1366×768
    Chrome & IE Browsers
    Windows 7
    See specs here

    MacBook Pro 17″
    Resolution set to 1920×1200
    Chrome & Firefox
    Yosemite 10.10.3

    Sony Vaio VGN-FW250J
Intel? 4 Series Express Chipset Family Video Card (128MB)
    Windows10
64 bit w/ Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
    4 GB RAM
    Chrome browser
    See specs here

    Dell Latitude E7240
Intel? HD Graphics Family Video card (64MB)
    Running Windows 7
    64 bit w/ Intel Core i7 Processor
    8 GB RAM
    Chrome browser

I had originally saved the images for web at 1366×768 px @72 dpi, but found they were a bit fuzzy on my Mac, so I uploaded the full resolution photos assuming there was compression in the plugin. The original photos were approximately 3000×2000 px @ 300 dpi. This seemed to help immensely, but not on the first two devices listed.

Hoping someone shed some light on why this may be happening and provide a solution? Thanks in advance for any help!
