Screen reader for “burger button”?

    Hi, I wonder if there’s a way to get ios VoiceOver to say something understandable about the “burger button” (menu button)? Currently it only says “a” which is not helpful for our visually impaired visitors.
    Link is in Swedish. We’re a free weekly audio magazine, specifically aimed at visually impaired people, so this is very important to us. Any help is appreciated.
