    @colesr – Turn on “Ajax Pagination” for that specific display … edit the post, click on the preview image to re-open the IGW modal window then in the customizations accordion panel set the Ajax Pagination option to Yes.

    Thanks!

    Still have the sdame problem:
    ** Turn on “Ajax Pagination” for that specific display …
    ? What do you mean by display? Is it the theme ( then where do I activate AJAX ? ) or is it in the type of nextgen gallery when creating the post ? I saw a lot of posts and other plugins to put AJAX in wordpress, but there must be an easier way!
    ** edit the post, click on the preview image to re-open the IGW modal window then in the customizations accordion panel set the Ajax Pagination option to Yes
    ? I think I did that: even recreated a new test post … did not help
    Sorry to be a ignoramus pest :)We all appreciate your help ! Thank you.

    @colesr – Locate the page/post this URL … https://www.bocus.org/wp/andrej-to-the-horn/ … is pointing to.

    Edit that page and click on the preview image of the ImageBrowser display you are using. This will re-open the IGW modal window. Now click on the customizations accordion panel and locate the Ajax Pagination option, make sure that specific instance is set to Yes.

    Cais: you are so kind to follow these threads and to respond! I did do that. I even created a new post with a new gallery…When I choose Basic Thumbnails, Basic ImageBrowser,, Basic CompactAlbum, the whole screen is re-generated…
    It does not refresh when I choose the Nextgen Basic slideshow, but the picture titles do not show. Oh well…:)
    Are these issues resolved with the pro version ?
    Thank you so much for your diligent help!

    @colesr – Only the Basic Thumbnails and Basic ImageBrowser displays have the Ajax Pagination option, are we looking at the same issue … the page appears to refresh when you use the pagination navigation of the Basic Thumbnails or the navigation buttons of the ImageBrowser? Or, is this something else you are referring to?

    As to the “pro version” resolving these issues, NextGEN Pro extends NextGEN Gallery it does not “fix” issues in NextGEN Gallery itself.

    Thanks!
