Screen size issue

It’s an ok plugin.

It would be good to have the option to limit the frequency of the box that pops up. It comes up on every page.

By biggest bug bear is when you open the box on iphone, type some text, and then go to submit the chat, iphones hide the submit button. I paid Quadlayers for support to help with this and they’ve just ignored my numerous emails. Even if they responded to say something, I wouldn’t be writing a negative review like this, but just ignoring me isn’t helpful at all – especially as I paid them money for support. Would make me question taking any other products from them now.
