Screenshot is not shown up after uploading

    Locally this plugin is uploading the screenshots and shown up but when I attempted to upload the screenshots it is not shown up after 100% progress. Also says, undefined index of “admin_support” at line no 702 of lib/models/GroupDownloadPage.php with header already sent errors.

    This is working in local server, but not working live server. My server and hosting provider is iPage.com and is using cookie Multipurpose theme.

    Please help me and what can I do.

    It is probably an issue with file system access permission or some sort of server configuration which is preventing this. We never had this error before but we will check this further.
