Screwed up half of my images- Beware!

  • I applied the watermark. It showed up on half of my images. I couldn’t reverse the process even though I followed the instructions. Those images in my library cannot be changed back even though the plugin shows directions about how to do so. Had I known that I wouldn’t be able to reverse it, I wouldn’t have activated the plug-in! Now I have to spend hours finding and replacing all of those product images. Don’t get suckered by the seemingly clear directions! I have to take my woocommerce–actually, my whole site–offline.

    I download the plugin, install it and activate. Added the watermark. It was added to the images. After this I turn on ‘Disable image replace’ and click ‘Restore Images’ in the settings and all my images as was.

    Even if I just deactivate the plugin all my images are reverted back to normal.

    Have no idea what the problem you have there. Plugin stores backups for all images it change.
