Scribd Document Reader empty

The scribd shortcode [scribd id=239928130 key=key-qH4mtuBKN8LFxOwdABYE mode=scroll] doesn’t load the scribd reader on this page https://www.hrnerr.org/hudson-river-sustainable-shorelines/shorelines-engineering/ or nay any site on a wp multisite network. It does print out “View this document on Scribd” though nothing loads in the reader.
