Scrippets Plugin Question

  • I have a free www.ads-software.com account, and I noticed that it doesn’t allow users to install custom plugins.

    I really, really, really want to use this plugin:
    https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wp-scrippets/

    If I upgrade to pro can I install plugins? Is there anyway to get a plugin working without finding my own hosting? Can I pay www.ads-software.com for a onetime installation of a vital plugin?
