    Hi,

Please see the thank you link which is showing a duplicate gtag() conversion and a script opener right before a different script. This is since version 1.5. Everything is running on the latest versions.

Please advise what is going on here.

    With thanks,
    Demian

  • Hi @demian85 ,

I can definitely see things muddled up in your header but can’t replicate it myself on any test sites.

It looks like you have a bunch of other analytics and Google Ads related extensions running – can you confirm what else you are using and whether you have any custom code running that is filtering the WCGA output?

    Almost certainly something is conflicting.

    Hi @demian85

It appears you have several plugins that integrate with Google that could be causing the potential issues. The Google Tag Manager extension returns

Multiple installations of Global site tag (gtag.js) detected

Our suggestion would be to disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration to ensure our plugin is working as expected.
If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

Here is a link that better outlines that process:

Sorry for my late reply. It was caused by a custom-thankyou page plugin, which was not working with the latest version. They have fixed it and all is good now.

    Thanks for your time.
