Script Error On Admin Screen…

  • Hi,
    I have version 4.01 of your plugin, and it seems to run fine on 4.0 WordPress, though while I’m in Admin mode there is script error that displays:

    Notice: Undefined index: page in /home/tystrang/public_html/WP_1/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-simple-paypal-shopping-cart/wp_shopping_cart.php on line 587

    Also, if I update the plugin general settings I get these script errors at the top of the page (again, these do not display when viewing the page while not logged in, just in Admin mode):

    Notice: Undefined index: wspsc_open_pp_checkout_in_new_tab in /home/tystrang/public_html/WP_1/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-simple-paypal-shopping-cart/wp_shopping_cart_settings.php on line 87

    Notice: Undefined index: wp_use_aff_platform in /home/tystrang/public_html/WP_1/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-simple-paypal-shopping-cart/wp_shopping_cart_settings.php on line 93

    Notice: Undefined index: wp_shopping_cart_enable_sandbox in /home/tystrang/public_html/WP_1/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-simple-paypal-shopping-cart/wp_shopping_cart_settings.php on line 95

    Notice: Undefined index: wp_shopping_cart_enable_debug in /home/tystrang/public_html/WP_1/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-simple-paypal-shopping-cart/wp_shopping_cart_settings.php on line 96

    Any thoughts? I have had orders placed through the plugin, so it appears to work. One customer did mention to me tonight that he saw the first script when adding an item to his cart, but upon refresh it disappeared.

    Hi Run Buff, thank you for reporting that issue. One of the plugin developers will review this and inform you further. Also could you check the latest version and see if you also get the same message.

    Thanks, I didn’t realize there was a new version. I have updated the plugin and the script error still exists.

    I think you are running the site in DEBUG mode which is why it is showing the notices. We will fix the notices in the plugin.
