Script Errors following dns server issues

    Hi there,

    firstly I am not technical at all and had my site set up for me by someone I am no longer in touch with.

    My Web host had dns issues and server crashes on Monday. My site at
    https://www.avenoctum.com came back on line but is getting a massive script problem part way through loading up of front page. Most links are not working either and I am getting a message saying Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    The web host company are a reseller and saying not their problem as site is up and running at their end.

    A friend has suggested that “the errors are indeed likely due to the DNS changes you mention. Sometimes, when hosts make changes like this in WP it has an impact, especially with custom themes like yours.”

    Basically I am stuck, a dummy at this sort of thing and don’t know what to do??

    Update on this, finally managed to get someone helpful at web hosts streamline and been told that it looks like the upgrade scripts of site are at a limit and it needs to be moved to a bigger / newer server after I have backed up all files.

    Does this sound plausible as still not sure this will fix and the person I spoke to was not 100% convinced by sound of it?
