Script files do not load when not logged in

    On my test page, I have a Formidable Form (premium) with conditional logic. When I view that page as a logged in administrator, the conditional logic works as expected.

    When I view the same page as an anonymous user, the formidable scripts are not included in the HTML source, so the conditional logic in the form does not work.

    Logged in user:
