okay ? but shouldn’t the CMP itself will decide where to add its code ?

If you only have a few cookies, it is unnecessary to pay a CMP to scan the site. Then it is better to enter each one manually.

    Then it says instead:

“Paste your codes and snippets below. They will be added to all pages if user enables these cookies. For example, you can use it for Google Analytics script or any other 3rd party code snippets.”

And then you choose: HEAD section, BODY section, FOOTER section.

And my question is what you put in to be able to use LiteSpeed Cache legally in Europe? ??

I may still not understand the question here, but shouldn’t that be same ? I mean head, body , foot , they will all show up when page renders, no ?

The question is what is the LiteSpeed ??Cache equivalent to the Google Analytics script?

Cookies from LiteSpeed ??Cache must be able to be controlled by CMP. When a visitor clicks decline.

So what is the code to make it work with a CMP in Europe?

The only cookies LSCWP sets are vary for handling logged in users as well as a cookie for guest mode, these are functional cookies to retain functionality, and thus doesn’t require actual consent, you could disable guest mode to reduce the number of required cookies for a functional website, or not offer people the ability to log in as well to reduce this to zero
