There are potentially many problems, like loading 2 jQuery libraries in the page, and there’s a JavaScript error on the page, but you should talk to the people who gave you this theme (assuming the tooltips came with your theme).

the tooltip didnt come with the theme, how can i solve those problems and make the ajax work with the script?

i deleted the google api script and the tooltip, where do i add the tooltip script now?

Something has to be initialising the loltip.min.js file, it can’t run by just loading the file.

I think the code that’s initialising isn’t using jQuery noconflict wrappers – ignore that jargon for a moment – and that’s why it doesn’t work at all any more.
