  • Hi @karyignite,

Sure, I will be happy to assist you in resolving your issue with triggering the popup.

I checked and confirmed your active popup.
    See here: https://share.zight.com/6quwqoWX

You mentioned: I’ve added script code in the headerI’d like my pop up to just pop up. Do I have to add a physical trigger?

If I understand correctly, you want the popup to appear immediately when the site loads. To do this, you can follow our guide below. You don’t need to add a physical trigger unless you also want to enable the trigger through a button.
    See here: https://divimode.com/knowledge-base/can-i-display-a-popup-instantly-when-a-page-is-loaded/

Regarding adding the code to trigger the popup, you can do the same by adding the code module in your Divi Area.

I have demonstrated the same in the video below.
    See here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/p9uZZkJY

Please be aware that “Popups for Divi” can only activate and trigger the on-page popup. You need to have the Divi Area enabled as a Popup on your page for it to activate and trigger.

If you want to trigger the same popup anywhere on your site, you can use Divi Areas Pro. It allows you to trigger the popup anywhere without needing to add a custom code. The popup will appear instantly when the website loads.

You can find further information here: https://divimode.com/divi-areas-pro/

I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.

    Thank you very much ??

I am not sure what a Divi Area is?
I see Divi Area Pro but not just Divi Area..

I therefore don’t have a choice to add triggers anywhere… that I can see.

    Hi @karyignite,

Sure, allow me to clarify and guide you on the same.

You have currently installed the “Popups for Divi” plugin, which is a lite and free version of the plugin.
    Available Here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/popups-for-divi/

We have an advanced and premium version of the same plugin named “Divi Areas Pro” which gives more options such as more layouts, triggers, behaviors, and integrations.
    Available Here: https://divimode.com/divi-areas-pro/

    You mentioned:
I see Divi Area Pro but not just Divi Area..
I therefore don’t have a choice to add triggers anywhere… that I can see.

The options to enable the instant triggers is only available within Divi Areas Pro.

Whereas in “Popups for Divi” to trigger the popup instantly when the website loads requires adding a small snippet of code via code module in your divi area.

And I can confirm that you have successfully added the popup, which loads instantly when the website loads.

In case you ever plan to explore more features, you can switch to the Divi Areas Pro plugin.

I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.
