Scripting v Shortcode Reference

    Hi I am trying to learn and build my website and in particular install wp photo album plus using WordPress 4.1 running Atahualpa theme.
    The issues l am encountering are related scripting codes that to a degree are working however l am unable to get shortcode to work?
    Secondly the site is hosted by one company and forwarded to my domain with someone else. If l use the scripting codes on the hosted site ‘%%wppa%%%%cover=$latest%% %%type=slideonly%%%%size=auto%%’ they work however when l use the same code via the domain website l see the album but not the slides when navigation to the page until l click on the album
    Any help would be very welcome

    re-arranged the codes and it works

    It is strongly recommended to use shortcodes in stead of scripting.
    If you have any problems with shortcodes, do not hesitate to ask me.
    In that case, please supply a link to a page that shows the problem, and make sure you tick the box in Table IX-A3, what enables me to see diagnostic info.
