I see that there are two additional scripts (CSS / JS) added to all pages. Is that really necessary? Why not just include them where they are needed?

Thank you for reaching out to us. At present that is how our plugin is configured. I recommend the following plugin to help you manage the css/script files added in each page/post etc by plugins and themes.

Let me know if this helps you.

    Kind regards.

Thank you for the prompt reply.
I assume that I need the CSS and JS only on that page, where I have the download link, correct?

    Hi,

Yes, that is correct. However because I never tried this myself, can you make sure to test this first before you go ahead and remove the CSS and JS from other pages and posts just to be on the safe side.

    Kind regards.

By the way, I am working with Elementor. Is there any way to have a download button, that shows different options for the file format? I have seen such buttons on some websites that convert files.

Unfortunately that is not currently available in our plugin.

    Kind regards.
