scripts in 3th party & additional cookies

    When I have setup scripts in the HEAD-section for 3th party it works great. But when I have also setup scripts in the HEAD-section for additional cookies, then it isn’t work fine.

    It looks there is a problem to add the scripts from the additional cookies to the <head>-tag, after accepted the cookies.

    Please, can you help me with this?

  • I have the same problem. The plugin does not add the code to the header when entered in the backend and accepted on the frontend for additional cookies.

    Dennis, heb je misschien een example script voor bijv GDPR plugin of andere 3rd party cookie, dat geplaatst kan worden de 3rd party cookies field? Ik krijg het niet werkend (ik ben geen web developer, maar probeer er het beste van te maken!) PS Het ziet er netjes uit op je website!

    Ik snap je vraag niet helemaal. Wat bedoel je met een voorbeeld example script voor 3rd party cookie field?

    Bij deze plugin hoef je niet echt te programmeren, maar kan je met velden invullen met een TinyMCE veld al heel ver komen.

    I’ve got the same problem as well which pretty much makes the plugin unusable. My HEAD scripts are not added when 3rd party cookies are enabled… ??

    Laat ik het zo vragen: hoe heb je de tracking cookies ingevuld, op jouw website? De tekst kan je invullen in het tekst-veld, maar hoe laat je de plugin weten welke cookies er toegestaan/geblokkeerd moeten worden? Daarvoor moet je toch een script invullen in het HEADER/BODY/FOOTER veld? Wat vul je daar in?

    Ofwel: de cookies heb ik gevonden, maar hoe draag ik de informatie over? Als ik een voorbeeld heb kom ik er vast wel uit. Alvast bedankt!

    Als je bijvoorbeeld Google Analytics gebruikt, kan je in de TinyMCE-veld de omschrijving van je analytische cookies invullen en ook daadwerkelijk benoemen welke partijen de cookies plaatsen en hoe lang die gegevens bewaard worden. Zie mijn blog.

    In de velden voor HEADER/BODY/FOOTER vul je de juiste scripts die je moet implementeren in je site. In het voorbeeld van Google Analytics moet je dan je trackingcode die je in je GA-account kan kopi?ren, dan plakken in de HEAD-veld van de GDPR-plugin.

    Op die manier laat je de GDPR weten welke scripts hij mag invoegen op de pagina’s als de gebruiker dit deel van de cookies accepteert. Als je cookies voor dat onderdeel geweigerd worden, zal de GDPR-plugin bij een refresh deze scripts weer uit de pagina’s weglaten bij.

    Thanks for you comments,

    You can’t find the scripts in the view-source section of the site as they are added by Javascript. You can use the inspect element in your Chrome instead and find the script in the developer console. You can test the scrips by enabling it, and check your Google Analytics (if it’s loaded) real time tab.
