Scripts not working after WP 4.7 upgrade

Before the WordPress 4.7 upgrade the calendar worked fine! Now, the logged out view of our calendar barely works and the styling such as word-wrap is ignored. On Planning calendar (full calendar view) titles should be white reversed out of Category color. Titles are the link color instead. Our events in Agenda view do not open and styling is missing. In stream view, the thumbnail images are mostly missing and placement is wrong even after purging all caches. When logged in to dashboard and looking at previews or saved pages all looks fine.
