Scripts still loading after uninstall

  • After I uninstalled Wysija according to Pingdom my site still tries – but fails – to load these scripts for files that don’t exist anymore:

    jquery.validationEngine-da.js?ver=2.5.9
    wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/js/validate/languages/jquery.validationEngine-da.js?ver=2.5.9

    jquery.validationEngine.js?ver=2.5.9
    wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/js/validate/jquery.validationEngine.js?ver=2.5.9

    front-subscribers.js?ver=2.5.9
    wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/js/front-subscribers.js?ver=2.5.9

    How can I prevent those scripts from loading?

    I used your uninstall-plugin for completely uninstalling Wysija.

  • Maybe you have a cache plugin installed with cache that didn’t expired.
    It could be that or maybe you have a form that has been inserted in hard HTML.
